Kachu
Delete your data
Last updated 5 October 2026
Kachu has no account, so there is nothing to sign out of or close. Kachu's detailed settings, progress and photos are stored on your phone. Google SDKs separately receive the data described in the Privacy Policy.
In the app
Open Kachu, go to Settings and tap Reset progress. It deletes your streak history and daily photos immediately.
Everything
Uninstall Kachu. Android deletes all of Kachu's data with it: your name, settings, locked apps, progress and photos.
Data held by Google
Analytics and crash information can be linked to app or device identifiers. Uninstalling Kachu or resetting progress does not delete information already sent to Google. For a privacy request, email vikasbuilds.ofc@gmail.com with the subject "Kachu data request". We will explain available options and whether records can be identified and deleted using the provider's tools. Do not send camera images, payment credentials or private messages. For advertising ID controls, use Android settings → Privacy → Ads. Resetting an identifier does not guarantee deletion of past records.
Purchases
Premium purchases are stored by Google Play, not by us. Cancel a subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Google keeps purchase records under its own policy.
Older Closed12 accounts
Before it became Kachu, this app was Closed12, an app testing marketplace with Google sign-in. If you had a Closed12 account, email vikasbuilds.ofc@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my Closed12 account". We process it within 7 days and confirm by email. We delete your name, email, phone, location, device details, bank link, notification tokens and any screen recordings or screenshots. Payment and payout records are kept, without your name, email or phone, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it.
